President Message September 2023
Greetings All,
We can’t wait for the cooler weather, and we are hoping for the possibility of driving our Model A’s more in parades and tours this Fall. We had 13 people at our Saturday breakfast at Simone’s in Guthrie. The food was great, and we will be there again for lunch on the Fall tour.
We are changing our monthly Club meetings back to the third Sunday of the month, starting in January 2024. So, the first Sunday club meeting will be on 21 January 2024 at the Will Rogers Garden Center. We hope this will increase our monthly meeting attendance. We would love to see all of you at our club meetings.
Our Fall Tour to Guthrie and OKC is on Sunday, 8 October to Wednesday, 11 October, and the planning is progressing well. We have 26 registrations and look forward to seeing many old friends again.
Please plan to attend our annual Christmas party on Sunday, December 10th, 2023 at 2PM at the Will Rogers Garden Center. The cost is $25.00 per person. The food will be from Earl’s BBQ, featuring Smoked Turkey with all the fixings. Of course, we will play Dirty Santa again. We look forward to seeing you soon.
