Hope for April Showers

We all hope to have some rain but not severe enough to interfere with our touring in our Model A’s. I know Jim Yates and Chuck Dusenbery are hard at work in getting our new Sooner Model A website up and running. They have put in many hours to get this done. Thank You!

Phil and Kaye have again graciously volunteered their garage at 9 AM for a tune up day on Saturday, 15th April. They will also provide a Hot Dog lunch. We hope to see everyone there to have their Model A checked and we look forward to visiting with everyone. Then next Saturday, the 22nd of April, we have the Guthrie 89er Parade, which is always fun. This is followed by our regular club meeting on Tuesday at 7 PM on the 25th of April where we plan to watch a very interesting movie.

The first weekend of May is our annual Spring Tour to Coffeyville, Kansas, on May 4-7, sponsored by the Tulsa Model A Club. It would be nice to see as many Model A’s as possible at one or all of these events. This is a good time of the year to get your Model A out on the road.

Please let me or any Board member know if you like the variety of programs that our monthly meetings are having. We are open for all suggestions. We are trying to make sure we have something for everyone. This also goes for tours and our visits to interesting places.
